Returns & Refunds
Is an item not right for you, or did you make a mistake with your order? No stress – you can easily return your order to us. Just follow these steps to register your return online:
Please note before returning: Unfortunately, we cannot refund dirty, worn, or washed clothing, or items without tags.
1. Open the returns portal
Start your return via our digital returns portal. Access your order using your order number, postcode, or email address, then follow the instructions in the portal.
2. Pack items securely
Pack the items carefully – ideally in the original packaging or a sturdy alternative. Important: The goods must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in original condition (exception: defective items).
3. Returns label
We will provide you with a DHL shipping label for your return. The cost of return shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund.

You can either print the label yourself or simply use the QR code in the email at a DHL shop or Packstation. The return address is already stored there.
International returns:
Return labels for international returns currently need to be printed out and attached to the package by yourself.
4. Drop off package & keep receipt
Simply drop off your package at a DHL shop or parcel station. Please keep the proof of postage or shipping confirmation until your return has been received by us.
5. Refund
As soon as your return has been received by us, we will process it as quickly as possible. The refund will then be automatically processed via the original payment method.
Please note that processing can take up to 14 days after receipt of your return, depending on the payment method.
