1. Scope of Application

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.


2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with VOIDOUT.

By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You may initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process.

The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.


3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.


4. Delivery Conditions

4.1 Delivery Area

We deliver within Germany and to selected European countries.

Currently, we deliver to:
Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Italy, and Spain.

4.2 Shipping Costs

Germany

Standard shipping is free of charge for orders with a value of €69.00 or more including VAT.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €4.90.

Austria & Netherlands

Standard shipping is free of charge for orders with a value of €119.00 or more including VAT.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €8.90.

France

Standard shipping is free of charge for orders with a value of €129.00 or more including VAT.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €10.90.

Italy & Spain

Standard shipping is free of charge for orders with a value of €149.00 or more including VAT.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs are €10.90.

4.3 Delivery Options

We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.

We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.

We do not deliver to Packstations.


5. Payment

5.1 Prices

The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. These are total prices and include statutory VAT.

5.2 Payment Methods

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.

Credit Card

During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.

Apple Pay

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with Apple, have Apple Pay activated, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.

PayPal

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately by PayPal after the order is placed. Further information is provided during the ordering process.

PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence over the availability of these methods; any additional individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.


6. Retention of Title

The product remains our property until full payment has been made.


7. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.


8. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory warranty rights apply.

8.2 Guarantees and Customer Service

Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.

9. Liability

We shall always be liable without limitation for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents:

  • in the event of injury to life, body, or health,
  • in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
  • in the event of guarantee promises, where agreed, or
  • insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is necessary for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), through slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract at the time the contract was concluded.

Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.


10. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
